After seeing that image, I immediately called my IT team.

"Mr. Arun, I want today’s CCTV footage from all city cameras in Delhi—whether they’re street cameras or our office surveillance. I don’t care how you get them—ask the police department, and if they refuse, hack those damn cameras. Do whatever it takes. I want those footages, and I want them now."

"Yes, Ma’am," he replied from the other side.

"You have two hours, Mr. Arun. If you fail, consider yourself and your entire team jobless starting tomorrow," I said, then hung up.

I knew my company hadn’t suffered a loss—yet—but that warning wasn’t just for him. Of course, he’s not getting married alone. And maybe... I’m the attacker’s next target.

Agar bimaari ka ilaaj pehle se pata ho, toh khudko nuksaan nahi hota.
(If the treatment of a disease is known beforehand, it can’t harm us.)

That’s exactly what I’m trying to do.

I messaged Bhavya, instructing her to increase security at all our offices across India—especially the head offices in Delhi and Mumbai.

Exactly two hours later, I received a message from Mr. Arun: the job was done. I know my team is efficient, but now I’ll see just how efficient they really are.

I opened my laptop and started going through the footage—50 camera feeds, each recording a full day. But I needed to narrow it down to specific areas where the attacks happened, and only Aksh could tell me that.

I called him. He picked up on the first ring. It always surprises me how he does that, but I didn’t have time to dwell on it.

"Hello," he said from the other end.

"Have you reached Delhi?" I asked.

"Yeah… landed just an hour ago," he replied.

"Tell me the exact locations of your office and those warehouses that were attacked."

"Why?" he asked.

"Can’t you just answer without questioning me?" I snapped, clearly frustrated.

"Lesson 14. Remember? Or should I remind Ms. Chhavi?" he said with a smirk I could practically hear.

"Do it. But then you’ll also have to learn that lesson all over again."

"I can, if you suffer through it with me," he teased.

"AKSHHHH!" I yelled.

"Sector 54 and 52, Sector 27, Sector 14, and the main highway line through the city," he finally blurted out. I selected those footages and deleted the rest.

"Send me the footage from your office’s internal cameras. And don’t you dare question me again—I swear I’ll kill you." I said and hung up.

I sighed. He definitely has the guts to joke around with me—and that’s probably Chhavi’s influence. I’ll deal with both of them later. For now, I need to focus on the footage.

My mind kept going back to that warning image. The attacker was so precise: exactly 7 warehouses burned, 17 attackers, and our wedding is in exactly 7 days—on August 17. One thing is certain: this person is definitely close to us.

After four hours of analyzing the footage, there was still nothing concrete. I saw the attackers arrive, set fire to the warehouses, and leave—but no faces were visible. They were completely covered. Now, only Aksh’s office footage was left. I wasn’t expecting much, but I still had to check.

I started watching. Around 5 PM, a staff member entered the building. At 5:10, he walked into Aksh’s cabin. Two minutes later, the cabin’s camera went offline. Fortunately, Aksh’s hidden security cams captured the rest of the man’s actions, though they didn’t record audio. The staff member seemed to talk to someone, then picked up a file and left. A few minutes later, he returned and resumed working.

I paused, confused. Maybe someone was framing him, making it look like he was involved. I kept watching.

At exactly 6:30, employees began leaving the office. That man also left. But at 6:50, he returned and made a phone call. This time, his voice was recorded: “The office is empty now.”

At 7:00 PM, the attackers entered. For some reason, the footage after that was overly blurred—too blurred to be accidental. I could see them breaking things, spreading a liquid (probably petrol) in the corners, and heading to Aksh’s cabin. One of them wrote that same warning message on the wall. His hand was visible, but due to the blur, I couldn’t make out any identifying features.

I immediately sent the footage for enhancement and recovery to unblur the critical parts.

"Kaise kaise staff hain iske… jo khud hi dushman ke saath mile rehte hain," I muttered to myself.
(What kind of staff does he have… joining hands with the enemy like this.)

The entire night passed—first watching the footages, then completing some pending work.

By morning, I hit the gym, then got ready for work. But before heading to my office, I had to stop by Aksh’s. I needed to tell him what I’d found.

He had messaged me that he’d be back before 8 AM.

I ate breakfast quickly and left for his company. I reached there in just ten minutes since today, I was driving my own car.

As I entered the building, all eyes turned towards me again. I wasn’t surprised—after all, when a business rival walks into your office, it's only natural for people to react that way. The tension was almost palpable.

I approached the receptionist and asked her about his cabin. She politely informed me of the floor, and I headed toward the lift. Just then, a sharp voice cut through the air—someone was yelling. Not to my surprise, it was Ms. Kavya, and of course, she was scolding a girl who stood nervously in front of the lift.

I went closer and caught her words clearly:
WHAT IS THIS, HUH?! This is your idea? What do you even think of this company? This is how you propose ideas? This is how you prepare? If Aksh had seen this, you’d be jobless by now!”

I glanced at the girl’s ID. Her name was Dinya Gupta. She kept her head down, quietly absorbing every harsh word Kavya threw at her. I remembered something—Kavya wasn’t even that close to Aksh to address him by his name so casually. But honestly, I didn’t care. That was their mess to sort out.

I was just glad I had Bhavya as my PA.

I cleared my throat, and both of them turned toward me. Kavya immediately switched to a fake smile, about to wish me good morning. I ignored her and looked straight at the girl.

In a cold, commanding tone that allowed no arguments, I said,
“Ms. Gupta, follow me to Mr. Singhania’s cabin. Right now.”

I took a step toward the lift, then stopped and added,
“Bring your file with you.”

I entered the lift. She followed, her head still lowered, clearly shaken.

We reached the 18th floor. I walked straight into his cabin. He was seated, wearing his specs, brow furrowed, nose slightly scrunched as he stared at his laptop screen. Typical work mode.

I took the chair in front of him, and he looked up at me.

He’s looking...

Hot.
No—shut up. He’s just... looking fine. Nothing more.

I slid the file toward him. He raised a brow.
“Review it and tell me the errors.”

“Why?” he asked, confused.

“Just do it.”

He sighed, shook his head, and started flipping through the file. After five minutes, he looked up, speaking in a calm voice.

“It’s perfect. And that Iron Chain Plan? Out of the box. Something really interesting worth trying.”

I called out, “Come inside.”

Dinya stepped in slowly, her voice barely a whisper.
“Good morning, Sir.”

I pointed at her.
“Aksh, she’s the one who made that file and came up with the Iron Chain Plan you just praised.”

He looked at her curiously. “I haven’t seen your previous proposals. Are you new?”

“N-No sir, I’ve been working under Kavya Ma’am for a year now... and sh-she never approved any of my projects. This one was... also rejected by her this morning, but—” She glanced at me again, clearly unsure whether to continue.

I spoke before she could fumble more.
“The drama was happening in front of the lift when I arrived. I couldn’t ignore it, so I stepped in and asked Ms. Gupta to follow me.”

Aksh nodded, flipping through the file one last time before signing it.
“Your plan is approved, Ms. Gupta. Start working on it immediately. And from today onwards, you’ll be working under Mr. Rai. Got it?”

Her eyes widened in disbelief. Clearly, she hadn't expected this outcome. She clutched the file tightly, nodded with a soft "Thank you, Sir," and quietly left the cabin, still slightly dazed.

I exhaled slowly. Half an hour of my day gone, but at least someone’s hard work had finally been acknowledged. That alone made it worth the interruption.

Turning my attention back to Aksh, I brought up the actual reason I had come.
“That staff member and the blurred section of the video footage... I want you to collect the pendrive from the editors once the footage gets cleared.”

He leaned back in his chair, thinking.
“That staff has been shifted to the Mumbai office. Delhi’s branch is currently under construction, so several employees were relocated. He ended up here.”

“So he’s in Mumbai now?” I asked, leaning forward slightly.

“Yes,” he confirmed.

“Find him—no matter what. Right now, he’s the only one who might answer our questions. And I’m sure he was connected to those attackers,” I said firmly.

He nodded, already pulling out his phone to message someone. Just as he was about to speak, his phone pinged again. He looked at the screen and rolled his eyes in frustration.

“Arini... Mom just messaged me—”

I interrupted immediately.
“No, Aksh. I have a packed schedule today, and I can’t postpone any of it.”

“Arini, I can’t say no to her. And even if I try, she won’t listen,” he argued, sounding desperate.

I crossed my arms.
“You owe me one, remember? Repay the favor by handling Aunty yourself.”

With that, I turned and started walking out of his cabin.

“Arini, yaar... I’ll repay the favor another day, but I can’t handle Maa alone in this matter,” he called out, trailing behind me like a child denied a toy.

I stepped into the lift, and he followed.
“Think before you speak, Aksh. What if next time you’re stuck in a worse situation?”

He is so incredibly stubborn. But guess what? I’m stubborn pro max. I'm not going this time. Rounita Aunty is a certified tease and will torment us with her jokes to no end. We're not even a real couple—and yet, I still have to pretend like we are.

We stepped out of the lift, and Aksh was still behind me like a shadow.
“Arini... Listen na...” he pleaded.

I reached my car, opened the door—and he immediately placed his hand on it, slamming it shut again, then leaned against it, blocking me.

“Aksh, move. You’re behaving like a toddler begging for a candy,” I said with an eye-roll.

“I’m not moving until you agree,” he said firmly.

UGHHHHH.
How am I supposed to tolerate him after our contract officially begins ?

I sighed. “Aksh... move.”

“No.”

I clenched my fists.
“AKSH, I SAID MOVE!!”

My voice echoed through the basement parking lot. He was seriously testing the last strands of my patience. I was already running late for work, and this 6’2” man-child wasn’t ready to budge.

I inhaled deeply to calm my nerves before saying,
“Tum jitna mera time kharab kroge, utna hi late honge hum. Aur utna zyada hi Aunty ko wait karna padega.”
(The more you waste my time, the later we’ll be—and the longer Aunty will have to wait.)

He paused, processing my words. Then his expression changed.

“You agreed?! I mean... you’ll come with me and Maa?” he asked, almost like he couldn’t believe it.

I gave him a slow nod.

His face instantly lit up with a wide grin—a full-blown victory smile, like a toddler who finally got the candy he had been begging for.

He stepped away from the car, letting me open the door at last. I shook my head in disbelief, got in, started the engine, and drove off toward my office.

I reached the office, just like any other day, when suddenly an employee came rushing up to me—and hugged me. Ugh! Why does anyone feel the need to hug me? I hate hugs. I hate physical touch. It’s just not my thing. I exhaled sharply, irritated beyond words, already preparing to push her away or yell at her. My guards noticed the sudden contact and stepped forward to intervene—but just as I opened my mouth, I heard it.
She was sobbing.

It caught me off guard. Completely.

Yes, it’s true—I despise physical touch, unless it’s from Mumma. But in that moment, something shifted. As a woman, I could sense her pain without needing to know the details. If she was crying this hard, on my shoulder of all places, then maybe she needed this more than I needed my personal space. And surprisingly, my first instinct wasn’t to push her away—it was to let her be.

I raised my hand slightly and signaled to my guards to stay back. They stopped immediately, though clearly unsure why I hadn’t already shoved the girl away.

I let out a soft sigh and placed one hand on her back, gently patting it. My face stayed blank, emotionless as always, but I hoped she’d find at least a little comfort in that small gesture.

Right then, Bhavya and Chhavi arrived at the building’s entrance—just in time to witness the scene. The girl was still clinging to me like I was her long-lost sister, sobbing into my shoulder, and those two stood frozen like they had just seen a dinosaur walk through the front door. Their eyes wide, mouths slightly open. I almost rolled my eyes.

I took a deep breath and, in a calm voice, said to the girl:
"Stop crying... You shouldn’t cry. Instead, make the person who put you in this condition cry."

My tone was flat, but my words were solid. I meant every single one of them.

“M-Ma’am… H-He… h-he mo-moles-molested me… a-and… and h-he s-slapped me…” she stammered between heavy sobs, her voice trembling with fear and humiliation.

My blood boiled instantly. A dark rage surged through me, tightening in my chest like a coiled spring ready to snap.

I took a slow breath, trying to keep my composure, but my voice came out cold and razor-sharp:
“Who did this to you?”

She looked up at me, her eyes red and swollen, still glistening with tears. Then, with a trembling hand, she pointed in a direction.

I followed her gaze—and there he was.
Mr. Jindal.

He stood a short distance away, trying to appear composed, but I could see the flicker of unease in his eyes as soon as he realized I was looking at him.

I narrowed my eyes, glaring at him with cold fury.
And then he spoke—too quickly.
“Me? No, no, Ms. Rajvansh… it’s not what it looks like. I’ve been your trusted employee for the past three years. How could you believe the word of some temporary intern over mine?”

His voice was shaky beneath the fake confidence, and that only made me angrier.

Wrong move.

Yes, he was one of my trusted employees—but only when it came to work. My eyes flicked back to the girl, catching the fresh, angry red mark on her arm where someone had gripped her tightly. There was no doubt in my mind—she wasn’t lying. My trust? That had been broken long ago, years before this moment.

Mr. Jindal stepped closer to her, his face twisted with false concern. But the girl’s grip on my arm tightened fiercely, as if her very life depended on holding onto me.

I glanced toward another direction—and there it was: the proof I needed, crystal clear.

As Mr. Jindal almost reached her level, moving in like a predator, I didn’t hesitate. My fist shot out with brutal force, landing squarely on his face. He staggered back two steps, blood trickling from the corner of his lips.

The room fell silent, all eyes fixed on the fallen facade of trust.

“Ms. Rajvansh… you’re crossing your limit—” he started to protest, but before he could finish, a sharp kick slammed into his gut, forcing him to double over and collapse to the ground.

“I don’t like loud noise, Mr. Jindal,” I said coldly, my voice ice-cold and unwavering.

“WHICH ARM?” I demanded, staring at the girl.

She looked at me, confused for a moment, then hesitated before pointing trembling fingers toward his left hand.

“That one?” I repeated coldly.

Without warning, I slammed my heel down hard on his left hand, crushing it beneath me. A sharp, agonized yelp escaped him.

I punched him few more times in his face until his face got bruised and then grabbed his hand and twisted it harshly and he screamed this time .

I smirked "This was for wasting my time because of your deeds " .

And then rotated it 180 degree and hitted his forearm and the bone below it and saw his elbow and shoulder dislocating and a slight bend in between his forearm now his hand is broken .

"This was for grabbing a girl without her consent "

And then I Punched his jaw until his jaw got dislocated and then spoke "This one was for slapping her ".

“Guards, take him away,” I ordered sharply. Then, turning to Chhavi, I said, “File a case against him. And you know exactly what to do next.”

Without waiting for a response, I got up and walked to my cabin.

Once inside, I rested my head on my palm and let out a heavy sigh. I know I should avoid unnecessary fights, but the truth is—I just can’t tolerate injustice.

The day after tomorrow is my engagement. After that, Dadu will officially announce me as the president of SR Enterprises. Sometimes, I still catch myself wondering if I should back out of this marriage, take a step back, and handle everything from the shadows. But now, it’s not just about the company anymore. It’s about Papa, about the attack, and the threats looming over our future together.

I sighed again, pushing those thoughts aside, and prepared myself for the first meeting of the day.

Arini and Aksh had both been busy with their hectic schedules, but as planned, Aksh made his way to her company that afternoon. Approaching the receptionist, he casually asked about Arini’s whereabouts.

“She’s currently in a meeting with the IT department,” the receptionist replied. “She’s instructed everyone not to disturb her.”

True to his nature, Aksh didn’t let that stop him. He strode toward the meeting room, only to be stopped midway by four guards.

“Sir, you can’t go inside,” one of them said firmly.

Aksh gave them a sharp glare. They knew exactly who he was, and after a brief hesitation, they stepped aside, allowing him to pass.

Inside the meeting room, Arini was fully absorbed, listening intently to every detail being discussed. The IT team was updating her on multiple critical issues—the recent attack, unusual activities from the past few days, and new developments in their cybersecurity protocols.

Arini had always been deeply passionate about technology and IT. Over the years, she had even taken professional hacking courses and excelled in them, giving her a unique edge in understanding the digital battles her company faced.

Just then, the door swung open and Aksh’s voice broke through the tension.
“Arini—”

Arini’s blood boiled instantly. She snapped, her voice slicing through the room like a whip,
“WHO THE HELL LET HIM INSIDE? AND WHY?!”

There were two things Arini hated above all else: betrayal and disobedience.

She could find her betrayer even in hell—and then torture them until they were begging for mercy to go back. And when it came to rules, Arini was relentless. If she said no, that meant no. Asking her to change her mind or taking action in her absence? Absolutely intolerable.

The guards flinched at her thunderous roar, shrinking back as if struck. Even Aksh, standing frozen mid-step, was caught off guard by her fury.

Then Arini’s eyes landed on Chhavi, and something clicked in her mind. Taking a deep breath, she forced herself to calm down. Straightening her posture, she said coldly,
“I had strictly told everyone that even the slightest disturbance would cost them their job.

YOU ALL ARE FIRED.”

Arini’s voice dropped to a murderous whisper as she glared sharply at the guards, her eyes burning with controlled fury. Then, turning her piercing gaze to Aksh, she said firmly and without hesitation,
“I told you—I’ll join you after I finish my work. Nothing comes before this.”

Aksh’s expression tightened. “Maa asked me to pick you up…” he said quietly, his eyes flashing with anger, though he was clearly struggling to keep himself composed and not escalate the situation further.

Arini didn’t waver. Without breaking eye contact, she nodded toward Chhavi.
“Chhavi, continue with the meeting. Make sure you send me the important points by tonight. No delays.”

Chhavi, sensing the tension in the room, gave a quick, determined nod, silently acknowledging the weight of Arini’s command.

Aksh and Arini stepped out of the meeting room, the heavy tension lingering between them. Arini exhaled deeply, steadying herself, then glanced over at him. His veins stood out on his neck, ears flushed a deep red. Anger was clearly etched across his face, but he didn’t utter a single word.

Arini knew she had insulted him, even if unintentionally. She wasn’t the kind of person to shy away from admitting her mistakes—it simply wasn’t in her nature.

Just as Aksh was about to step into the elevator, she reached out and grabbed his hand. He turned around, eyebrows raised.
“What now?” he asked, voice rough but controlled.

She met his gaze, her voice softer this time.
“Sorry… I said that in anger. That meeting was really important—it included information about who… who tried to almost kill Papa.”

He gave a slow, thoughtful nod.
“Hmm.”

She understood exactly what his ‘hmm’ meant. They were running late, so without another word, they went inside the lift .

Arini watched him closely, noting the tension in his jaw, the way his fingers dug in his palm .

Her own heart was pounding, not just from the stress of the meeting but from the complicated pull she felt toward him. It wasn’t just about anger or apologies—it was about trust, respect, and the fragile balance they were trying to maintain.

Breaking the silence, she whispered, “I don’t want us to fight like this. Not when there’s so much at stake.”

Aksh’s gaze softened, and for a moment, the anger in his eyes melted into something quieter—something like understanding, or maybe even forgiveness.

“We’ll get through this,” he said finally, his voice low but steady. “Together.”

The car ride was filled with an uncomfortable silence. Neither of us spoke as we drove, the weight of the earlier tension still hanging between us. Finally, we arrived at the mall, where his mother was already waiting.

Aksh parked the car, and as we stepped inside, a familiar voice caught my attention.
“There comes the couple,” someone whispered playfully.

I glanced toward the voice—and then back at Aksh.

He had only mentioned Rounita Aunty to me, but standing there were Mumma, Varika, and Mishika as well. Pretending in front of one aunt would be easier than putting on a show in front of all of them.

“Mumma, Varika—you both…” I began, surprised to see them.

“Rounita Aunty insisted Mumma come, and Mishika asked me to join, so we all came,” Varika explained cheerfully, while Mumma simply nodded in agreement.

“We didn’t know you both were coming together,” Mumma said, glancing between us. “We only knew Aksh would be joining.”

I shot Aksh a sharp glare, silently blaming him for not giving me a heads-up.

“But this is even better—both of you together,” Rounita Aunty said with a warm smile. I nodded in agreement, appreciating the gesture.

We dove into the day’s plans—shopping for dresses and selecting jewelry. After finalizing the designs for my outfits and the perfect pieces to match, Aunty suggested, “Since you’re both here, why don’t you finalize the engagement ring as well?”

“Sure, Aunty,” I replied with a smile, feeling the excitement of the moment.

Just then, my phone pinged with a message. It was from the editor—informing me that the footage had been fully unblurred and was ready for collection. I quickly messaged back that Aksh would pick it up and asked him to keep it secure until then.

“Arini di, how about this ring?” Mishika held out a delicate piece, and I gave a small nod. “It’s fine,” I replied, though I wasn’t completely sold on it.

I settled down next to Aksh and leaned in slightly. “The footage is completely unblurred. You need to collect it before anyone else finds out.”

He nodded, his expression serious. “Okay. Did you like any ring here?” he asked.

I shook my head. “No, nothing really caught my eye.”

“And you?” I asked him, watching as he shook his head as well.

Just then, my eyes landed on a ring in the display case. It had a sparkling diamond set at the center, surrounded by a band of pure gold. Without hesitation, I knew this was the one—I silently finalized it as my engagement ring.

For Aksh, we placed an order based on his preferences, and the jeweler assured us it would be ready by tomorrow.

With the shopping done, we left the store and headed back to our homes.

Once I reached home, I went straight to my room—there was still a mountain of pending work waiting for me.

At 11 pm ~

I was focused on my laptop when suddenly my phone buzzed loudly. I picked it up, slightly startled but still keeping my eyes on the screen.
“Hello?”

“Arini... beta, Aksh is missing,” came Rounita Aunty’s anxious voice from the other end. There was a tremor of worry I hadn’t expected.

“What?” I sat up straighter, disbelief and concern flooding through me. Aksh isn’t some kid who’d forget his way home. Besides, his security detail is top-notch. His guards are some of the best I’ve ever seen. This just doesn’t add up.

Aunty’s voice cracked as she spoke. “After dropping us home, he said he had some urgent work and left. It’s been over three hours now... his phone is unreachable, and he left without any guards. I’m so sorry to bother you, beta, but please, you have to check on him.”

I took a deep breath, trying to keep my voice calm. “Don’t worry, Aunty. I’ll make sure he’s safe.” But inside, a wave of anger surged. Who on earth told him to leave without his guards? And more importantly, where could he possibly have gone in all this time?

After dropping Maa and Mishu home, I set off to collect the pen drive. As I drove, a sudden chill ran down my spine—I felt like someone was tailing me. I glanced nervously at the rearview mirrors, but the road behind me was empty. Still, the uneasy feeling didn’t fade.

I arrived at the editor’s office and quickly collected the pen drive. But as I stepped out, everything happened in an instant—a heavy, solid object slammed into the back of my head. Darkness swallowed my vision.

I struggled to open my eyes and push myself up, but my body betrayed me. The blow to my head left me weak and disoriented.

When I finally regained consciousness, I found myself tied to a chair. Dust filled the air, and the rough, unfinished walls around me suggested a construction site or an abandoned building. Panic surged through me as I tried to move my hands—only to be stopped by heavy, unyielding cuffs.

Glancing around, I spotted several guards, each armed with guns, their eyes cold and unreadable. I was trapped.

"Hello Mr. Singhania , Or should I say Sir or maybe boss " I heard a deep voice with a chuckle and when I looked towards it, I saw a shadow of a man in the darkness.

"Come out from the darkness you fucker " I said in frustration .

The shadow moved and when that man came close his face got visible and it was that employee Arini was telling me about . The audacity this fucking man has .....if my hands were not cuffed , I would've slitted his throat from a knife .

"Koi takleef toh nahi ho rhi hai na boss aapko .... Paani vaani lau " He said in a sarcastic tone with fake concern and then started chuckling again . Ughh , I would've ripped his voice box from his throat .

(Boss, you are not having any problem.... should I bring water? )

"Well agar ab tak nahi ho rhi thi takleef toh ab hogi and haa agar ye lagg rha ho ki aapki team and that Z security apko dundhne aagyi toh lemme tell you I had told them that I am going to find you and everyone knows how trusted employee I am " He said with a smirk , wait until I will rip these lips from your face .

(Well, if you were not facing any trouble till now, you will face it now, and yes, if you feel that your team and that Z security will come to find you, then lemme tell you. I had told them that I am going to find you.)

"And guess who's call came to me .....Mrs. Rounita Singhania" he continued .

Maa must be tensed for me at this moment ....I will never forgive him for making my mother tense .

"How coward are you  that even after tying my hands and legs you have kept so many guards. If you have the courage then untie me and then we'll know who wins " I said with a smirk .

"That's not going to happen cause you won't be alive to do that " He said and hitted a rod straight to my knees .

Does it hurts ...Hell yeahhhh ...Am I going to show it ....Never . My face was expressionless as if I am some statue .

His hand got up , he was about to hit me on my head but then the sound of heels starts resonating in the room and the door swung opened .

His hand stopped in mid air and the shadow of lady started coming nearer . She stopped and spoke "Wow what an entertainment going on ...."

Her face got visible as she came more near ...It was none other than Arini .

(A/N : Future wife on rescue ....ab tera kya hoga ree kidnapperr )

"How did you came inside , And how the fuck you got this location " That employee's calmness haltered and Arini's lips curled into a devilish smile .

"How I came inside ....that's by killing your useless guards and how did I got the location ...."

Flashback ~

"Sure Aunty nothing will happen to him " . Who asked him to go without his guards and god knows kaha marr gya hai ye .

I traced his number perks of doing professional course in hacking and Messaged Chhavi to send few guards to follow him . Why the hell his phone is switched off ...Voh toh achha hai that I had fitted a tracker in his phone's cover .

' You were stalking him ' Shut up .

After that Chhavi called me "Hello ?"

"hmm ?"

"Aaj hi maarne ka plan hai kya Fiancé ji ko " She said .

"Cut the crap and come to the point what did the guards told ? "

"He is unconscious and 3 men are inside his car and 5 cars are following that car . Batao Shadi se pahle hi Pati kidnap hogya hai " She spoke .

"Chhavi kabhi toh serious raha kro . Ask our guards to follow his car and send us the live location and replace those kidnapper's men with ours and make sure he doesn't even get a clue about this ."

"Sure " She responded .

"And find out about if there's more guards ."

"Samjho kaam hogya " She replied and hang up the call .

Flashback ends ~

"That was pretty easy " I continued .

"Well since now You have came , I will make sure you will also die along with him " He spoke and I laughed .

"And what makes you think that huh ? "

"Arini , why did you came here that too alone ...look around whole building is filled of armed men " Aksh spoke .

"I had to come here because someone left without guards and got kidnapped by a useless as well as worthless kidnapper and that someone's mother was on verge of crying her heart out ." I said while glaring at him ...Isse toh mai achhe se niptungi par filhal I have someone else also to deal with .

"And you ...Do you even know where you are standing right now ? " I said while looking at that traitor employee .

"I am standing on Land " He said .

"Not on land , You are standing on my property ...This land is owned by me and my own company is doing this construction work to make a building here . "

He stood as if the ground had slipped beneath his feet and I enjoy such reactions .

"How naive you are ....Atleast you should've checked the area and it's background . It's like kidnapping someone and taking them to their own house ." I continued

"GUARDSSS ! What are you guys waiting for shoot her right now " He ordered the guards .

They all reloaded their guns and pointed it . Not towards me instead on him .

"Ohh I forgot to tell , While you were on your way ....My guards killed all of your men that were following your car and then they followed you till here . So these " I pointed my fingers at those armed men "Are my guards ...they are here for my safety "

"YOU FUCKING BITCHHHH ! " He ran towards me as if he would strangle me but one of the guard shoot his knee and he bent on his knee .

"Guess now you have to sit on your knees infront of this bitch .... "

I went near Aksh and opened his hand cuffs and he set himself free . I then stood near that kidnapper and blood was oozing from his knee .

"You know today because of you ...My sleep schedule got disturbed and my wedding is on next week ....What if my face don't glow because of less sleep I won't look pretty right ....then How can I leave your face in good condition "

I grabbed that same rod and hitted his face until he became unrecognizable . Then I pointed at Aksh "This is my fiancé ....And I can't tolerate someone misbehaving with him and you dared to threaten him , kidnap him and even beaten him ...."

"S-Sorry ...Leave me ..it ..it won't happen again " He stuttered and I laugh .

"Leave you ? Why should I leave someone useless like you ?  " I pointed the gun at him.

"I - I can tell you who is behind you father's that condition " He spoke and I turned around .

He nodded and I lowered the gun as he continued "EI...EIRAWAT GROUP-  "

EIRAWAT GROUP—it's like a dark shadow lurking in the business world, with connections so deep in the underworld that no one truly knows they exist. They’re tied to powerful mafias, and their influence is whispered about but never openly acknowledged. The only time people realize they’re real is when they become targets of the EIRAWAT GROUP—and then, suddenly, their very existence is thrown into crisis. That’s all I know. But Papa never once spoke to me about this dangerous web.

The man continued, his voice low and grim.
“SR ENTERPRISES and EIRAWAT GROUP—they rule the business world. Both are arch-enemies. Their rivalry was so fierce that it nearly destroyed both empires. Eventually, they signed a peace treaty to avoid complete annihilation, but that truce was fragile at best. Everything changed when the new leader took charge of the EIRAWAT GROUP. No one knows who he is, but he—and his orders—are behind your father’s condition. And me… I was just following those orders when I did what I did.”

I glanced over at Aksh, my heart pounding with a mix of fear and determination.

The man looked back at me, desperation creeping into his voice. “Now I’ve told you everything... please, just let me go.”

I looked at my guards "Shoot him and make sure his body must not be found anywhere and no traces should be left behind "

I left from there and Aksh also came outside .

"So what have to decided to do now ? " He asked .

"Now gonna go home and Get a good sleep "

"I am not joking Arini " He replied

"Neither Am I "

He grabbed my arm and his greenish blue orbs were directly looking into my soul . "I am genuinely asking Arini "

"I am genuinely saying I am tired Aksh ...I will go to home and sleep "

"You are so Unimaginable " He said .

"Thanks for the compliment"
